RERA impact: ApartmentADDA sees 3x growth in take-up

NEW DELHI: Take-up of ApartmentAdda, an apartment management software, has grown three times in the last few months claims Sangeeta Banerjee, CEO & Co-founder of the company with the same name.

Majority of this demand is coming from builders who post the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 will be responsible for providing and maintaining the essential services till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.

“While major builders across the country already adopted such apartment management software, B and C category builders are now realising its importance and hence we are witnessing an increase in the enquiries lately,” says Banerjee.

The company which is present in 80 Indian cities so far has doubled its revenue in the last one year and is expecting a 3.5x growth in revenue by the end of this year.

Sangeet says Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) in general finds it difficult to maintain the services post handover from the builders. Such software not only eases the solutions but also helps in maximizing the existing resources and reducing the overall cost.
